As I continue to walk my path, I learned that I gravitate towards comfort foods to supplement the “missing” sweetness of life. The more mindful I am; by building loving relationships, being out in nature, connecting with myself, the sweeter life is, and the need for additional comforts are released.
Mindful Marks found their way to me when I needed them the most; a time of grieving. I have many tools that support my journey and these were the perfect reminders to stay in a place of gratitude, and to remember the sweetness of life.
I learned that an attitude of gratitude helps me to be appreciative of each life lesson. I remind myself to be gentle with myself and love myself, inside out.
